My life began in a family where effort and integrity were essential values. I studied Law in Zaragoza, my hometown, and later completed an MBA at ICADE and the PDG at IESE. For years, I held executive positions in banking, leading teams at BBVA and Argentaria. However, after achieving many professional milestones, I felt a deep emptiness. I realized that my true purpose was not just to manage results, but to transform lives. That search for meaning led me to reinvent myself, leave everything behind, and create Liderarte, a talent factory that uses art to train, motivate, and develop individuals, teams, and organizations.
