Early Life and Career Journey

Tell us something about you, your early life and education

Over my varied 23-year career in talent acquisition, payroll, workforce management and EOR solutions, I’ve gained insights into C-suite decision-making and the drivers of corporate growth. Being entrepreneurial in nature, I opened my own boutique search firm focused on senior-level Pan-European hires within consulting, tax, corporate finance and accounting fields. Following a successful exit, I then transitioned into the global payroll and outsourced employment space as a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and later as a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for an industry-leading, private equity-backed company that focused on both Europe and Latin America (LATAM). 

When I joined GoGlobal in 2021 as a partner, I embraced the opportunity to help companies and individuals take advantage of global opportunities. How has the year been for your company?

We are optimistic about 2024 and are perfectly positioned to further consolidate our position as the industry’s premium provider. As a privately held company, we do not answer to shareholders, and therefore, we can be quick, agile and responsive to changing needs and dynamics.  We see many of our competitors laying off their employees, but we are just the opposite and are in a position where we are growing and expanding our team and services.
