Rinku Singh Engaged To Samajwadi Party MP Priya Saroj? Girl's Father Breaks Silence

The rumours about Indian cricket team player Rinku Singh's engagement with Samajwadi Party Member of Parliament (MP) Priya Saroj have been denied by the girl's father. Multiple media outlets and journalists reported the alleged engagement on Friday, with many extending their congratulations to Rinku on social media. However, Tufani Saroj, Priya's father and a three-time MP currently serving as an MLA from Kerakat, Jaunpur, clarified that the claims are "completely wrong." He did, however, confirm that discussions are ongoing between the two families regarding the couple.

"Priya is in Thiruvananthapuram at the moment for some work, and no, her engagement with Rinku Singh has not happened. Yes, the talks are on between the families, but the news of engagement is completely wrong," Tufani Saroj told India TV Digital.

Who is Priya Saroj?

Priya Saroj is a Lok Sabha MP from the Machhlishahr constituency in Uttar Pradesh. She has a law degree and comes from a strong political background.

Rinku Singh’s Upcoming Matches

Rinku Singh is gearing up for India's five-match T20I series against England, which begins on January 22 in Kolkata. The series will then move to Chennai and Rajkot for the second and third matches on January 25 and 28, respectively. Pune will host the fourth game on January 31, while the final match will take place in Mumbai on February 2.
