Early Life and Education
Tell us about your early life, education, and career.
I was born and raised in Bulgaria, where my deep curiosity about human nature, learning, and inner growth began at an early age. Growing up in a post-socialist society taught me resilience, adaptability, and the importance of education as a pathway to freedom and impact.
I earned my first degree in economics, which gave me a solid foundation in business principles and strategic thinking. However, my true passion led me to pursue further studies in psychology, and I later specialized in neuropsychology, where I began exploring the intricate connections between the brain, behavior, identity, and personal transformation. I also completed multiple MBA-level qualifications in psychology and leadership, focused on developing integrative approaches to both personal development and organizational growth.
Over time, I expanded my expertise through international certifications in coaching, holistic development, and strategic mentoring. This multidisciplinary education helped me create a powerful fusion of science, practical methodology, and purpose-driven leadership.
My early career began in the banking and finance sector, where I held leadership roles such as Head of Business Operations and Head of Trade Finance. These experiences helped me understand how large organizations function and trained me in high-level business management. However, I felt a strong inner pull to dedicate my life to human development and transformation on a global scale.
That calling led to the creation of Happy Life Academy, a professional platform that now offers nine internationally recognized MBA programs and has trained over 100,000 students worldwide. I am also currently completing a PhD in psychology, with a research focus on narrative identity and ancestral healing, combining academic rigor with deep human insight.

Current Role and Passion
What is your current role and what do you enjoy most about your work?
I am the Founder and CEO of Happy Life Academy, an international educational institution dedicated to transformational learning, coaching, and applied psychology. I also serve as the President of the International Association of Professional Trainers and Coaches (IAPTC), an organization that certifies professionals in over 40 countries and upholds high standards of excellence in the coaching and mentoring industries.
What I enjoy most is the profound transformation I witness in the lives of our students and clients. I’ve had the honor of supporting people from all walks of life, from executives and entrepreneurs to teachers, parents, and healers, as they move from fear and confusion to clarity, confidence, and purpose.
I also love designing high-impact programs that integrate cutting-edge research in neuropsychology and behavioral science with timeless principles of wisdom, leadership, and human potential. It’s deeply rewarding to see how these tools empower people to not only change their own lives, but also inspire and uplift others.
Proudest Achievement
What is your greatest professional achievement that you are most proud of?
While I’ve been fortunate to receive over 30 international awards, including “Best Transformational Leader in Europe,” “Writer of the Decade,” and the Grand Prize Universe – Vienna, my proudest achievement isn’t a title or a trophy. It’s the impact.
I have authored 15 bestselling books, built a global platform that empowers over 100,000 learners, and created a vibrant community of change-makers, leaders, and visionaries. Many of them have gone on to launch their own businesses, write books, overcome life-threatening illnesses, or rebuild relationships with their families.
To me, that ripple effect, one life changed, one family healed, one leader awakened, is the true legacy I aim to leave behind.
Overcoming Challenges
What is one of the main challenges you’ve faced in your career, and how did you overcome it?
One of the biggest challenges I faced was introducing integrative, human-centered approaches, such as applied neuropsychology, emotional intelligence, and intuitive leadership, into a world that was still very focused on traditional models of education and business success.
In the beginning, many institutions and professionals were skeptical of anything that deviated from standard academic or corporate norms. I overcame this by consistently delivering measurable results, building academic partnerships, and ensuring that every program was backed by science, structure, and practical application.
I also took the time to build strategic alliances and earned recognition from respected bodies that helped increase the credibility of my work. Over time, the transformation in the lives of our students spoke for itself, and that built a reputation that no marketing could buy.

Staying Ahead in the Industry
How do you stay at the forefront of your industry?
I believe leadership is not about holding a position, but about staying in a state of active growth, innovation, and service. I invest significantly in ongoing education, attend international conferences, and participate in forums with thought leaders from around the world.
I also lead and listen to my community, paying close attention to the real-time challenges they face in areas like emotional regulation, stress management, and career transition. This helps me design solutions that are timely, effective, and rooted in real human needs.
Another key strategy is maintaining a strong digital presence. Through Happy Life TV and our active social platforms, I reach over 800,000 followers globally, sharing free content, masterclasses, and stories of transformation. This consistent engagement allows me to stay relevant, authentic, and deeply connected to the people I serve.
Advice to Young Professionals
What advice would you give to young professionals striving for success?
My advice is this, know your truth, and live it fully. Success that is disconnected from your inner values and purpose will always feel hollow. Build your life and career around what makes you come alive, not what society tells you to chase.
Invest in your personal growth, not just academically, but emotionally and spiritually. Seek mentors, stay open to feedback, and let failure be your teacher, not your enemy.
Remember that success is not about being perfect, it’s about being real, consistent, and willing to serve something bigger than yourself. Focus on adding value, solving problems, and lifting others. When your success becomes a tool to elevate others, abundance follows you naturally.
