About

Eva Dalak stands at the intersection of inner transformation and global impact, with the intention of integrating and unifying these seemingly different worlds. Eva’s exceptionally unique lived experiences and perspectives inform her capacity to redefine what it means to lead in today’s complex and fragmented world. A Palestinian peace activator, international facilitator, and women’s empowerment coach, she has dedicated over three decades to working across more than 22 conflict zones, guiding individuals and systems toward sustainable change rooted in healing and awareness.

Born into a Palestinian Muslim family, raised in Israel, and now based in Costa Rica, Eva’s journey reflects a profound integration of personal experience and professional expertise. With advanced training in international law, political science, and spiritual psychology, she has collaborated with leading global institutions, including the United Nations, European Union, and World Bank, bringing together policy-level insight with deep, grassroots understanding. Her work is grounded in the embodied knowing that lasting peace does not begin at negotiation tables, but within individuals, an approach that continues to shape her global initiatives.

In response to the escalating crisis in Israel-Palestine, Eva founded Peace Activation in 2023, a global movement designed to address systemic violence through inner transformation and collective healing. Through this initiative, she blends trauma-responsive leadership, somatic practices, embodied feminine wisdom, and spiritual psychology to create safely contained spaces where individuals and communities can access and reconnect with their innate capacity for peace. Her work challenges traditional approaches to conflict resolution by emphasizing embodiment, emotional integration, and feminine wisdom as essential components for sustainable change.

Fluent in five languages and deeply experienced in cross-cultural environments, Eva brings a unique ability to bridge divides between people, perspectives, and systems. Her approach is both visionary and practical, offering tools and frameworks that awaken individuals to move beyond survival patterns and step into conscious leadership. Whether working with global organizations or facilitating intimate transformational spaces, Eva consistently focuses on creating impact that is both personal and systemic.

Beyond her consulting and facilitation work, Eva is a storyteller and thought leader. She hosts the Peace Activation Podcast, where she explores the possibilities that can emerge when trauma-responsive leadership meets collective healing approaches. Eva is the author of Dancing in the Dark, her recently published memoir that tells the story of how she lost her eyesight entirely for two years, and the journey to regaining a comprehensive vision for lasting peace that accompanied the restoration of her eyesight. Eva also authors The Other Narrative on Substack, sharing powerful stories of resilience from the frontlines of conflict.

Through her work, Eva Dalak is not only contributing to global conversations around peace and leadership: her very life is a testament that embodies her demonstration to  actively reshape these global landscapes. Her mission is now to equip trainers and peace workers on an international scale with her Peace Activation Methodology, offered through courses and immersive retreats. Eva’s story is a testament to the power of integrating inner work with external action, showing that true empowerment begins within and has the potential to ripple outward, transforming systems, communities, and the world at large.
