Erin Osborn

Erin K. Osborn, MBA, MA, LCPC, has carved a remarkable path defined by resilience, leadership, and a commitment to wellness. Included in Marquis Who’s Who for her noteworthy accomplishments and prominence in the field, Erin brings nearly three decades of experience as the owner of Pursue Your Passion, LLC, an organization focused on wellness, health, and the pursuit of happiness. In addition to this, she also owns a coaching business set to launch in January 2026, expanding her impact through multiple ventures that complement one another and elevate collective consciousness worldwide.

Her professional journey began in 1995 when she joined her father in the family business. Initially pursuing a path toward becoming a physician, she shifted her focus to entrepreneurship, guided by her father’s belief that she must work in every role before stepping into leadership. Eventually rising to the position of CEO, she embraced the challenge of filling the shoes of a leader who was respected and admired. Her father instilled in her that character development was as vital as running a successful business, shaping her into the leader she is today.

Prior to founding Pursue Your Passion, Erin worked extensively in higher education and healthcare, helping students develop career paths through placement opportunities and building connections between education and real-world practice. Among her notable achievements was the development of an internship program designed to improve patient care and organizational productivity. This initiative included data collection, staff training, quality measure implementation, and highlighting critical areas such as 30-day readmissions to improve service delivery.

Her academic journey reflects her dedication to growth and impact. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Monmouth College in 2000, a Master of Business Administration from Illinois State University in 2002, and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bradley University in 2012. Alongside her academic accomplishments, she holds licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois, and certifications as a drug and alcohol counselor and perinatal mental health provider. She was also awarded the Caterpillar Fellowship by Caterpillar, Inc. in 2011, supporting her work with the Dean of the Graduate School at Bradley University. 

Beyond her professional and academic endeavors, Erin has lived a life enriched with global experiences and personal achievements. A college basketball player at Monmouth College, she earned multiple athletic awards and cultivated values of teamwork and discipline. By the age of 21, she had already traveled and lived internationally in Australia, with further experiences in South Africa, Europe, China, Asia, Canada, Jamaica, and Tahiti, broadening her worldview and shaping her outlook on life and leadership.
