Corine Palierse

Company: HK by CP, Phoenix & Orchidaceae, NAINY & CO

Designation: Founder

Country: France

From an early age, Corine Palierse developed a natural admiration for the beauty of the world around her. Drawn to Art, Culture, Music, History, and Museums, she also found freedom and mental clarity through sports such as athletics, floor gymnastics, and Okinawan Kobudo. These disciplines strengthened her endurance, patience, and perseverance, qualities that continue to guide her through both personal and professional pursuits.

Creation has always been central to Corine’s identity. For her, autonomy is synonymous with freedom, and she has built her life around the ability to think, act, and innovate independently. Despite navigating an atypical career across diverse sectors, Art, Space, Energy, Legal, Commercial, and Hospitality, her approach has remained remarkably consistent. She begins by identifying the main objective, analyzing existing structures, assessing needs, and measuring the value her contribution will bring. Methodology, discipline, and openness form the foundation of her decision-making, always guided by respect for one of her most precious values: time.

Her second name, Naina, meaning Life, mirrors her deep commitment to human values. Corine believes that authenticity, empathy, generosity, and genuine support form the core of meaningful relationships. These qualities nurture optimism, mental endurance, and faith, traits that define her leadership style and her approach to service and creation.

Registered with the Chamber of Artistic Crafts of Yvelines and the International Chamber of Commerce of Paris, she founded her porcelain painting gallery in 2006. Dedicated to Table Arts, Furniture, and Decoration, her creations honor her love for history while merging beauty with purpose. She designs themes inspired by the environment, great navigators, specific bird species, and the cultural richness of the Malagasy Highlands. Through her brand NAINY & CO, she revived the collaborative artistic spirit of the 1930s, inviting stained-glass artists, master glassmakers, ceramists, goldsmiths, crystal makers, sculptors, and stone cutters to collaborate on collections. She also highlighted the craftsmanship of Malagasy artisans in marquetry, embroidery, and lapidary work. When she exhibited twice at the Biennale of Arts and Crafts at the Louvre in Paris, her work was showcased in harmony with that of her partners, demonstrating her talent for blending creativity with collective artistry.

Throughout her career, Corine’s instinct has been to improve and elevate every environment she enters. As an Executive Assistant, she simplified filing systems with color-coded binders and clear labels. As a Legal Assistant, she developed coding and archiving systems for case management. As a Site Manager, she produced extensive process documentation to strengthen team training. In sales, she led campaigns, organized photo shoots, and trained teams to use micro ads effectively. Her need to create, transform, and enhance has been a consistent thread across all her roles.

In October 2023, she founded HK by CP, a consulting and diagnostic agency rooted in her experience in Luxury Hospitality. Focused on Corporate Social Responsibility within Housekeeping, her work spans environmental, economic, and social dimensions. She believes Housekeeping deserves far greater recognition for its essential role and promotes leadership based on communication, listening, fairness, respect, and clear objectives. Through HK by CP, she supports establishments during their creation, opening, and operational transitions, sharing her knowledge and strengthening their foundations.

The following month, she launched Phoenix & Orchidaceae, an association dedicated to transforming Madagascar’s weaknesses into valuable, sustainable resources. Its mission addresses malnutrition, waste, and the protection of biodiversity. Central to this work is waste management, creating systems that improve sanitation, reduce disease, generate energy, and produce fertilizers for depleted soils. She also advocates strongly for renewable energies, noting Madagascar’s vast potential in solar, wind, hydro, geothermal, and biomass power.

For Corine, pedagogy is the cornerstone of lasting transformation. Through educational programs tailored for adults and youth, Phoenix & Orchidaceae aims to build agricultural autonomy, circular economies, and agricultural entrepreneurship. Her long-term vision includes establishing GREEN schools in agroecology and forestry near Madagascar’s major cities to help young people understand the land, develop skills, and build economically sustainable futures. By creating self-sufficiency and promoting responsible production and consumption, the project seeks to reduce malnutrition while generating new opportunities.

The association also emphasizes waste sorting and recycling, both of which create new jobs and strengthen livelihoods. Biodiversity protection, given Madagascar’s extraordinary endemic species, is another pillar. Green Tourism and Ecotourism offer a way to preserve forests while empowering local artisans and communities. Future tourist accommodations built with recycled materials and powered by green energy will reflect this commitment to sustainability.

HK by CP sponsors the association’s work by applying hospitality and reception practices to sustainable tourism, celebrating the richness of nature and highlighting Malagasy talent, continuing the legacy of NAINY & CO.

Corine believes large-scale projects thrive on clear communication, strong human values, and collective effort. For her, leadership must embody wise authority, respect for people and the environment, and an unwavering focus on the final goal. Through her artistic vision, humanitarian mission, and commitment to sustainable development, she continues to build a legacy defined by purpose, creativity, and impact.
