High Noon Recalls Vodka Seltzer Packs Due to Mislabelled Celsius Energy Drink Cans

Table of Contents

High Noon has issued a voluntary recall of select 12-pack vodka seltzer products after discovering that some packages may contain cans labeled as Celsius energy drinks, which are actually filled with alcoholic beverages.

According to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the affected packs include Celsius Astro Vibe Sparkling Blue Razz cans mistakenly placed inside High Noon Beach Variety 12-packs. The mislabeling occurred due to an error by a packaging supplier that sent incorrect cans to High Noon’s production facility.

The recall raises safety concerns, as consumers may unknowingly consume alcohol, particularly children, individuals with medical conditions, or those who abstain for religious reasons. No illnesses or injuries have been reported.

The impacted products were distributed to retail outlets and distributors across several U.S. states in late July, including Florida, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia, and Wisconsin.

High Noon is advising customers to discard any suspicious Celsius cans found in their packs and contact the company directly to request a refund.

The brand, known for its fruit-flavored vodka seltzers, is owned by E. & J. Gallo Winery and has rapidly gained popularity in the ready-to-drink alcohol segment.
