Trump Jr. and Eric Trump Set to Launch Six New Trump Towers in India by Early 2025

Donald Trump Jr. and Eric Trump, heirs to the Trump Organization, are gearing up for a major expansion in India’s luxury real estate sector. The brothers are set to visit India early next year to launch six new Trump Towers, adding to the existing four located in Mumbai, Pune, Gurgaon, and Kolkata. This development will make India the country with the highest number of Trump-branded properties in the world, surpassing the United States.

Expanding the Trump Legacy in India

Kalpesh Mehta, founder of Tribeca Developers and long-standing real estate partner of the Trump Organization in India, confirmed the timeline for the upcoming projects, which are slated to be unveiled between March and June 2025. The new Trump Towers will be strategically located in major urban centers: Mumbai, Pune, Gurugram, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Noida.

Mehta, who has a personal connection with the Trump family dating back to his time at the Wharton School of Finance, emphasized the enduring demand for luxury real estate in India. “The luxury real estate market is booming in India, and the demand has been robust,” he said. Mehta attributed the growth to the appeal of Trump-branded properties, which have seen a marked increase in value over the years.

Strong Market Indicators

The Trump Tower project in Gurugram exemplifies the trend. Over the past three years, property prices there have surged, with rates per square foot climbing from ₹15,500-16,000 to approximately ₹33,000. Full-unit prices have mirrored this growth, initially ranging from ₹6-11 crore and now commanding ₹11-24 crore. This rapid appreciation underscores the high demand for premium real estate in India.

Tribeca will act as the co-developer for these new projects, collaborating with local partners who will provide the land, while Tribeca will manage the design, product specifications, and customer interactions. This model has proven successful for previous Trump projects in India, ensuring that each development meets the Trump Organization's exacting standards.

Potential Expansion Beyond India

Beyond the Indian market, Kalpesh Mehta hinted at discussions for a potential Trump-branded hotel project in a nearby island nation. While details remain under wraps, this move suggests that the Trump Organization is eyeing broader expansion within the region.
