Under Zafer’s leadership, Prestige Leaf has grown to become one of the top startups in the tobacco industry, with its headquarters based in Dubai. Zafer's journey into the tobacco industry began when he graduated from the Tobacco Technology Engineering faculty in Istanbul. With a passion for the field, he spent over two decades working for multinational companies across Europe and Asia, gaining valuable experience in countries such as China, Thailand, and India. His expertise in the global tobacco industry provided him with the knowledge and connections necessary to build his own venture. In 2016, after careful planning, Prestige Leaf was born. By 2018, Zafer was ready to disrupt the industry, and in June 2020, he established the company’s headquarters in Dubai, solidifying its position in the global market.

At the heart of Prestige Leaf's success is Zafer’s commitment to building strong relationships with suppliers, customers, farmers, and employees. The company is also deeply involved in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities, with a vision for the future and a commitment to improving communities worldwide. One of the company's core values is their motto: “Renowned for a New Tomorrow”, which highlights their dedication to shaping a better future for all. Prestige Leaf’s CSR efforts include providing free fertilizer to farmers to help improve their crops, supporting education initiatives, offering university scholarships in Turkey, and even building classrooms in Thailand and India. In addition, they sponsor UNICEF’s educational programs and empower individuals by providing them with the tools they need to earn a living.
