However, fueled by an unyielding spirit and determination, she defied expectations and regained her mobility two years later. This transformative experience instilled in her the belief that anything is possible, igniting her passion to make a difference in the world.

Her leadership journey is marked by historic milestones and bold innovations, beginning with her role as the first female AAHOA Regional Director from Georgia (2007–2009). During this time, she co-founded AAHOA’s inaugural women’s platform, WIHL, now known as HerOwnership. This groundbreaking initiative not only empowered women within the hospitality sector but also inspired similar platforms among global hotel brands, setting a precedent for inclusive leadership.

Her trailblazing continued as she made history once again by becoming the first female President of LPS of the USA. In this role, she spearheaded national efforts and mobilized resources during one of the most challenging public health crises in recent memory. Under her leadership, LPS raised funds and successfully installed 14 oxygen plants in hospitals across Gujarat during India’s COVID-19 surge in 2021, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, action, and meaningful change.

Nancy’s influence now extends into the global arena of sustainability and technology. She is the first woman appointed to the executive boards of Triton Electric Vehicles and The EV Hotels Brand, two innovative companies at the forefront of green technology and hospitality. At Triton, she contributes to a transformative mission focused on electric and hydrogen-powered commercial trucks, helping to drive scalable, clean energy solutions that benefit both the environment and local economies. At The EV Hotels, she serves as Vice President of Operations, guiding a brand experience that fuses luxury, innovation, and multiple revenue streams on a global scale.
