With over two decades of progressive leadership experience spanning the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, PwC, and Morgan Stanley, Jen-Larie Tumminello has emerged as a force in the world of operations, governance, risk, and regulatory compliance. In her current capacity as Executive Director and Head of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) for Morgan Stanley’s Global Finance division, Jen-Larie has taken the reins of transformative initiatives that have significantly reshaped the company’s first-line control environment. At the Federal Reserve covering a broad range of experiences as a Sr. Regulatory Risk and Quality Control Leader, dedicated to the G-SIB portfolio in Large Bank Supervision, and as a Director of International and Domestic Cash Operations/Payments, including Operations Management, Risk and Compliance, Administration and Finance, and Domestic and International FedCash Services.

At PwC, she played a vital role in strengthening enterprise-wide risk governance and leading large scale regulatory remediation projects. Her ability to influence others and build strong relationships, and launch effective control programs has made her a trusted advisor at the highest levels. Jen-Larie’s contributions have consistently enabled organizations to navigate complex compliance landscapes while delivering clear, actionable insights to C-suite executives and boards of directors.

For many years, Jen served as President of the Fed’s Diversity & Inclusion Affinity Groups and is currently an active member of the Women’s Bond Club and award winning philanthropist, helping advance women in financial services and focusing on empowering women to lead, learn and return, giving back to communities and mentoring students in the U.S, and leading financial literacy programs for young women.
