Her professional journey began as a dispatcher for a third-party freight broker shortly after graduating from Alabama Agricultural and Mechanical University. She furthered her academic credentials by earning a master’s degree in Operations Management from DePaul University. Today, Nicole serves as the Vice President of Service Operations at Cubic Transportation Systems.

Her career spans critical industries including supply chain, operations, and manufacturing. Nicole has continuously leveraged her educational background and hands-on experience to design and implement strong organizational infrastructures. Her most significant restructuring accomplishments include transformative work at Chicago Public Schools and the Big Shoulders Fund of Chicago. These initiatives not only optimized operations but also embedded long-lasting cultural changes focused on employee development.
