A global executive and Founder of SCABA, Kim brings extensive experience leading large-scale modernization and transformation initiatives across highly regulated sectors including financial services, fintech, healthcare, banking, government, telecom, and retail. She has held full P&L accountability for portfolios exceeding $550 million, scaled global delivery organizations of up to 1,000 professionals, and delivered measurable impact in environments where reliability, governance, and execution discipline are non-negotiable.

Her leadership has driven tangible results, elevating customer satisfaction benchmarks, accelerating year-over-year revenue growth, strengthening operational resilience, and restoring trust in mission-critical programs. Yet her defining moments did not come from metrics alone. One pivotal moment changed everything, when she was told she was not “palatable” enough to sit across from a client. That moment became her wake-up call. That was when her voice was found, when the fire was ignited, and when she made a defining decision: no woman of color would ever have to endure the pain she survived just to belong in Canada’s corporate world.

During the isolation and uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic, Kim transformed personal adversity into collective action by founding SCABA, a platform and movement created to support immigrant women and youth. SCABA was built not as a commercial venture, but as a promise, to amplify and empower underrepresented voices to roar. Through mentorship, coaching, and community offered free of cost, SCABA empowers women to stand tall from day one, to own their voice, brilliance, and presence, not as something they need to earn, but as something they were always worthy of. Kim teaches women to wear their confidence like a badge of honor.
