Erin Lee

Erin Lee is a wellness entrepreneur operating at the intersection of respiratory physiology, product engineering, and scalable wellness infrastructure. As Co-Founder of NADairX, alongside Iain De Havilland, she is leading the development of a dry powder inhaler (DPI) platform exploring pulmonary delivery of NAD⁺. Built on inhalation science and controlled particle engineering principles, the platform is designed to support consistent, repeatable use within a regulatory-conscious framework. Positioned as a complementary, non-invasive format within the broader NAD⁺ ecosystem, its ambition is to expand access to advanced supplementation models while reducing the infrastructure complexity associated with injectable formats.

Alongside this innovation work, Erin is the Owner and Founder of Koru Wellness, where she has specialised for more than two decades in heat experience design across both commercial and residential environments. Working closely with clients, consultants, and contractors, she develops technically robust, design-led wellness spaces integrating halotherapy, sauna, steam, red light, and complementary technologies into cohesive, operationally viable ecosystems. Her engineering and construction background informs a systems-based methodology that bridges concept development, compliance considerations, and long-term performance.

Erin also serves as a global consultant for Halotherapy Solutions, supporting operators and strategic partners across the UK, EMEA, and APAC in the launch and expansion of professional halotherapy environments. In addition, she owns and operates her own halotherapy business, providing hands-on insight into client experience, operational delivery, and sustainable growth. Halotherapy has remained a consistent professional focus throughout her career, reflecting its increasing integration within preventative and respiratory wellness settings and its appeal across adult and family-oriented markets. It also carries personal meaning, forming part of her own and her family’s proactive approach to wellbeing.

As Founder of the Touchless Wellness Association and former Executive Director of the World Halotherapy Association, Erin has contributed to international education initiatives and the advancement of operational standards. 

Across all her ventures, accessibility and democratisation remain central principles. She is guided by the belief that advanced wellness technologies should evolve from niche, infrastructure-heavy models into more structured, scalable systems capable of broadening access while maintaining integrity.
