With full P&L responsibility, she drives both strategic direction and operational excellence, ensuring brand growth even amid challenging market conditions and budget constraints. Her leadership extends across multidisciplinary teams exceeding 180 professionals, fostering a culture centered on innovation, agility, and measurable performance outcomes.

She served as Managing Director of Nissan United Mexico, NIBU, and NR Finance Mexico, leading cross-functional Scrum teams across brand, electric vehicles, aftersales, financial solutions, and insurance verticals. Under her leadership, Nissan Mexico strengthened its position as the number one automotive brand in the market while implementing precision marketing strategies rooted in data-driven insights.
