Donna Miller has spent her career driven by a powerful purpose: ensuring that when minutes matter most, life-saving care can reach anyone, anywhere, ultimately giving patients the gift of tomorrow. A registered nurse and visionary healthcare executive, Miller brings more than 25 years of leadership in emergency medical services and air medical transportation. She has overseen some of the most complex pre-hospital systems in the United States, managing operations with more than 1,000 employees, 150 ambulances, and hundreds of thousands of emergency responses annually, while also directing national air ambulance programs that delivered critical care across the country.

Throughout her career, Miller has been recognized for transforming challenges into opportunities for innovation. She pioneered initiatives addressing behavioral health crises, workforce shortages, and military-civilian healthcare partnerships while guiding major operational transformations in the medical transportation industry. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she helped coordinate large-scale emergency response efforts, including testing, vaccination initiatives, and FEMA deployments. Her dedication to expanding healthcare access earned her Congressional Recognition from U.S. Senator Dean Heller for helping restore critical care access to rural Nevada communities. In 2024, she expanded her commitment to public service by running for Mayor of Las Vegas, bringing her healthcare leadership perspective to the broader conversation about community well-being and the future of the city.

Today, Miller is focused on shaping the next frontier of medical transportation and healthcare innovation. As the founder of Skylink Medical Transport, she is building a next-generation model that integrates fixed-wing air ambulance services with emerging technologies such as drone-enabled organ transport and rapid medical logistics. At the same time, she champions leadership reinvention through the principles of Appreciative Inquiry, helping healthcare professionals and organizations reimagine what is possible in a rapidly changing world.
