Company: HumanBe | Global Council for Responsible AI
Designation: CEO, HumanBe | Director of Communications, Global Council for Responsible AI

Blanca Ireri Espinosa is a multifaceted humanist and communication strategist whose life's work is guided by a core principle: helping individuals align their life purpose with their professional path and connect it meaningfully with their mission to leave a legacy for humanity. Whether on stage, through a book, audiovisual production, or in executive leadership roles, her objective remains constant: to help people reach their full potential by embracing their talents and vocation while upholding human dignity. With over 20 years of experience in corporate reputation and public speaking, Blanca has built a distinguished career at the intersection of communication, philosophy, and ethical leadership. She is currently the CEO of HumanBe consultancy, serves as Director of Communications for the Global Council for Responsible AI, and leads AI Salon New York, positioning herself as an international voice in person-centered AI governance. She holds the CAIERO CP (Chief AI Ethics & Responsibility Officer) certification from the Silicon Valley Certification Hub and is a member of the Communication and Positioning Committee at the Latin American Council for Ethics in Technology (CLET).
Holding a bachelor’s degree in communication sciences, she completed a master’s and PhD in Philosophy from Universidad Anáhuac. Throughout her career, Blanca has held strategic positions such as Corporate Communications Manager at Nacional Monte de Piedad and Head of Communication and PR at Promotora Social México. She has managed over 300 high-level events, including moderating panels for global brands such as PROSA, Finvero, Fomento Social Citibanamex, and the Mexican Chamber of Deputies, and produced more than a hundred audiovisual projects focused on social impact. Additionally, she has served as a judge for the AMCO Awards, recognizing excellence in corporate communication, and has coordinated books on Innovation, Leadership, and Early Childhood. In 2024, she was recognized by Imagen TV as one of the “Leading Women Paving the Way.” She also earned the CUFOSO Social Formation certification for executives from USEM. However, her path has not been without challenges. Despite the growth in professional opportunities for women, she has faced inequality throughout her career, and Blanca chose to respond through excellence: demonstrating the value of her work, the rigor of her knowledge, and the strength of her reason-based positions.
Her perspective on gender equity is clear and reflective; she does not advocate for numerical quotas that might compromise merit. Instead, she firmly supports equal opportunity: access to leadership positions, fair wages, and active participation in decision-making. In her vision, true progress is achieved by ensuring that capable and prepared individuals, both women and men, have the opportunity to lead.
At the heart of her thinking lies a deep conviction: education is the foundation of any lasting transformation. She believes ethical training must begin in childhood, cultivated through both academic rigor and the transmission of values within the family. In an era of uncertainty regarding Artificial Intelligence, where ethical debates are often polarized and trust seems fragile, Blanca stands firm. She acknowledges the skepticism of those who believe it is impossible to regulate ethics amidst rapid technological change. However, she maintains that even if only a minority actively defends human dignity and moral principles, significant change is possible. “One must not confuse difficulty with impossibility,” she frequently affirms. For her, ethical AI governance is neither a trend nor a regulatory requirement: it is a commitment to protecting what makes us human. Blanca calls upon leaders, innovators, and young professionals to return to fundamental values: “If those of us who defend human dignity unite around a common purpose, we can shape the future responsibly. Innovation only gains purpose when it puts the person at the center.”
