As the President and CEO of Sharon Burstein International, LLC, she leads a company specializing in international marketing development, motivational speaking, training, leadership coaching, and special events. Her company has collaborated with national and international clients across a wide range of industries, including corporations, associations, hospitality, universities, healthcare, insurance, banking, government, investment firms, the arts, fashion, and media. In 1994, she founded Neswick Court, a women’s sportswear company, and holds five design and utility patents.

Before establishing her global enterprises, Sharon held key leadership roles in major corporations. She served as Vice President of Corporate Communications for a publicly traded national insurance and healthcare corporation, where she oversaw public relations, advertising, special events, and investor relations. Prior to that, she was the National Marketing Director for Eastern Exclusives in Boston, where she developed award-winning marketing programs for Fortune 50 companies. Her expertise also extended into academia, where she was an Adjunct Professor of Public Relations at Russell Sage College in Troy, New York. Sharon’s professional journey began in education as a teacher, a foundation that continues to shape her passion for mentorship and leadership development.
