However, her most impactful role is as the Vice-President of Wiltshire Air Ambulance, a company incorporated in Mauritius in September 2024. Through its sister company in Dubai, accredited by EURAMI (European Aero-Medical Institute), Wiltshire Air Ambulance provides critical air ambulance services across the southern hemisphere.

Under Meera’s leadership, the organization offers specialized medical air transportation, ensuring that patients requiring intensive care in flight receive top-tier medical assistance. The operations are backed by a team of highly experienced medical professionals, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and equipment. Each flight is staffed with a paramedic and a specialist doctor, with additional specialists deployed as per the patient's medical needs. From advanced life support and critical care to pediatric medical transfers, the service is bridging a crucial gap in the availability of elite medical air transport.
