As Head of the Data & Analytics Center of Excellence at Cadmus, Subasini leads the design and delivery of data, analytics, and AI solutions for government, international, and commercial organizations. Her work goes beyond implementation, helping institutions rethink how they operate by embedding responsible AI and data-driven decision-making at the core of their strategy.
What distinguishes Subasini’s leadership is her ability to bridge deep technical expertise with strategic clarity. At the College Board, she played a pivotal role in building a privacy-forward digital ecosystem serving millions of students and institutions, while leading enterprise data governance and launching DataHawk, a platform that elevated data quality as a strategic priority.
Her earlier tenure on Wall Street, working with institutions such as AIG, Credit Suisse First Boston, UBS, RBS, and BNY Mellon, shaped her deep understanding of enterprise-scale systems and high-stakes decision environments - experiences that continue to inform her disciplined, outcome-driven approach.
Beyond her executive leadership, Subasini is a recognized voice in the global data and AI community. She serves on the Forbes Technology Council and the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council, contributes to leading industry forums, and authors “The Good AI” in TDAN, where she challenges conventional thinking on responsible and impactful AI.
A strong advocate for lifelong learning, Subasini has continued to deepen her leadership expertise through executive education at Carnegie Mellon University and MIT Sloan School of Management. She holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder.
Outside of her professional work, Subasini is an avid reader and global explorer who engages deeply with cultures through travel and cuisine, bringing curiosity and perspective into every facet of her leadership. Equally important is her commitment to mentoring young women graduates. She actively empowers them to find their voice, challenge assumptions, and step into leadership with confidence.
