Prof. Dr. M. He is the first Arab-Egyptian to receive the American Stevie Award for Best Human Resources Executive in 2006/2007, and also the first Arab-Egyptian to receive the global ranking three times from England and America.

His expertise covers the full spectrum of HR strategy, from designing and integrating end-to-end policies to leading transformation initiatives that align talent with enterprise goals. Throughout his career, Prof. Dr. Sadik has served in prestigious leadership positions, including Group Chief HR Officer for MGG in Syria and El-Sewedy Cables in Egypt, Chief HR Officer at CDIC, and Vice President at INTEX. He has also directed HR and academy functions at Syriatel, optimized talent practices within major hospitality brands in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and guided extensive change-management projects across diverse environments.

As an academic contributor, he has lectured at ESLSCA Business School, HIBA, and ipe Management School in Paris, reinforcing his dedication to shaping future HR leaders. His publications include several books released in Germany and India, along with more than 40 articles published in HR Future magazine in South Africa.
