Prof. Dr. M. Amr Sadik

Prof. Dr. M. Amr Sadik, Chief Human Resources & Organizational Development Officer, is a globally recognized HR strategist and award-winning thought leader whose career spans more than 30 years across local, regional, and international organizations in the Arab region. Throughout his journey, he has consistently translated strategic vision into impactful people programs that elevate organizational performance and shape enduring workplace cultures. He is the first Arab-Egyptian to receive the American Stevie Award for Best Human Resources Executive in 2006/2007, and also the first Arab-Egyptian to receive the global ranking three times from England and America.

His expertise covers the full spectrum of HR strategy, from designing and integrating end-to-end policies to leading transformation initiatives that align talent with enterprise goals. Over the years, he has been honored with renowned HR awards from the UK, Russia, Ghana, Malaysia, India, and the USA. In 2014, he was recognized as one of HR’s Most Internationally Influential Thinkers, and in 2025 he ranked No. 20 among the Top 50 Global Thought Leaders in the HR field.

With two decades of experience in the hospitality sector, he has held leadership roles with chain hotels and resorts such as GUSTAR, Sherston, Accor, Mövenpick, and Safir. His achievements in this sector earned him the President’s Award from Sheraton Hotels for Business Results and the Best Manager Award from Jolie Ville Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts. His contributions reflect a deep commitment to operational excellence, team development, and customer-centric leadership.

In his current role as Chief Human Resources & Organizational Development Officer at Mashroo3k, he manages critical functions including talent management, organizational design, and culture-building programs aimed at supporting high-performing teams. As Co-Founder and Vice President of Learning & Development at Educators Learning Solutions, he leads the development of strategic learning interventions across Egypt, the Middle East, and the UK. Alongside this, his long-standing advisory role with Dimensions Consulting strengthens organizations through HR strategies, leadership development, organizational diagnostics, and action-oriented workshops.

Throughout his career, Prof. Dr. Sadik has served in prestigious leadership positions, including Group Chief HR Officer for MGG in Syria and El-Sewedy Cables in Egypt, Chief HR Officer at CDIC, and Vice President at INTEX. He has also directed HR and academy functions at Syriatel, optimized talent practices within major hospitality brands in Egypt and Saudi Arabia, and guided extensive change-management projects across diverse environments.

As an academic contributor, he has lectured at ESLSCA Business School, HIBA, and ipe Management School in Paris, reinforcing his dedication to shaping future HR leaders. His publications include several books released in Germany and India, along with more than 40 articles published in HR Future magazine in South Africa.

His ongoing participation in international conferences, ability to provide insights on emerging HR trends, and his role as a judge in various global HR awards further highlight his influence in the field. His distinguished academic and professional contributions led to his selection as President of the Chartered Institute of Education and Training, USA.
