About
Some leaders build successful businesses. Others create lasting movements that inspire people to rethink how they live, heal, and thrive. Monique Grambow belongs to the latter. As the Founder and Director of Mind Body Soul Ltd, the organisation behind the MBS Wellness Centre and MBS Wellbeing Charity 341, Monique has dedicated her life to empowering individuals, families, workplaces, and communities to embrace wellbeing as the foundation for lasting success. Her journey is not only one of entrepreneurship but also of extraordinary resilience, demonstrating how adversity can become the catalyst for meaningful transformation.
For Monique, wellbeing has never been simply a profession, it has always been deeply personal. Long before embarking on her own remarkable healing journey, she worked as a primary and secondary school teacher and Music Subject Leader, where she witnessed the growing emotional challenges affecting young people. While academic achievement remained important, she believed that emotional resilience, confidence, and self-awareness were equally essential for children to thrive. This conviction inspired her to begin studying mindfulness, emotional wellbeing, and holistic approaches, equipping young people with practical tools they could carry throughout their lives.
What began as a passion for supporting others would later become the very foundation of her own recovery.
Monique’s life changed dramatically when she was diagnosed with multiple severe medical conditions, including a rare tumour, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS-II), extensive nerve damage, and serious vascular complications. For more than three years, she spent much of her life confined to a wheelchair and bed. While she remains deeply appreciative of the care and expertise provided through modern medicine, she eventually reached a point where conventional treatment alone could no longer provide the answers she was seeking. Rather than accepting limitations, she made a courageous decision to explore every possible avenue that could support her healing.
Driven by determination and hope, she immersed herself in understanding the science and practice of self-healing. Her studies expanded into neuroscience, nervous system regulation, emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, breathwork, energy medicine, and numerous holistic therapeutic approaches. Her mission became clear, to understand not only how illness develops but also how individuals can create the optimal conditions for both the mind and body to heal and flourish.
Through unwavering perseverance, continuous learning, and consistent practice, Monique gradually rebuilt her health. More importantly, she discovered a renewed sense of purpose that would ultimately shape the next chapter of her life.
Today, she leads the Mind Body Soul LTD, a multidisciplinary wellbeing hub that brings together a diverse team of practitioners dedicated to supporting people through a truly holistic approach to health. The centre provides non-invasive therapies, wellbeing programmes, corporate wellness workshops, and accredited professional training, empowering individuals to actively participate in their own wellbeing journey rather than becoming passive recipients of care.
Drawing upon both her lived experience and extensive professional expertise, Monique developed the Mind Body Soul Alignment Method™, an innovative framework that integrates mindset, emotional wellbeing, nervous system regulation, and sustainable lifestyle practices to create meaningful, lasting transformation. She is also a certified trainer for Silent Counselling, an emotional healing modality that enables individuals and practitioners to safely identify and release unresolved emotional burdens, helping people move beyond survival toward genuine wellbeing and personal growth.
Beyond her work as a wellbeing practitioner, Monique is also the author of three therapeutic books for young readers. Each book combines engaging storytelling with diary reflections, poems, and rhymes alongside practical holistic activities inspired by mindfulness, creative therapies, breathwork, energy medicine, and neuroscience. Designed to empower children with lifelong wellbeing tools, the books encourage emotional resilience, self-awareness, and healthy habits from an early age.
While entrepreneurship has enabled Monique to expand her impact, service remains at the heart of everything she does. Through MBS Wellbeing Charity 341, she has delivers wellbeing programmes within schools, supported hundreds of children and families, and created opportunities for people of all ages to develop healthier habits, greater emotional resilience, and stronger self-awareness. Her commitment reflects a simple yet powerful belief: that prevention through education is one of the most valuable investments society can make for future generations.
Like every visionary entrepreneur, Monique’s journey has not been without challenges. Building a purpose-driven organisation has demanded resilience, adaptability, and unwavering commitment through periods of uncertainty, financial pressure, and inevitable setbacks. Yet every obstacle has reinforced her belief that adversity often becomes the foundation for our greatest contribution. Rather than allowing challenges to define her limitations, she has transformed them into opportunities to strengthen both her leadership and her mission.
Her philosophy is deeply rooted in the science of human potential. She believes that neuroscience continually reminds us that “what we practice grows stronger.” Every repeated thought, every intentional habit, and every conscious action gradually shapes who we become. Sustainable transformation, she believes, is rarely the result of dramatic changes but rather the accumulation of small, consistent steps taken with purpose and intention each day.
Looking ahead, Monique envisions expanding the global reach of MIND BODY SOUL Ltd through practitioner training, corporate wellbeing programmes, accessible digital education, and the launch of the MBS App and enhanced digital platforms, making the organisation's holistic wellbeing programmes, resources, and services readily available to individuals worldwide.
Monique Grambow’s journey stands as a powerful reminder that true leadership often emerges from life’s greatest challenges. By transforming her own experience into a mission that uplifts countless others, she has built far more than a successful wellness organisation, she has created a movement founded on hope, empowerment, and the unwavering belief that no matter how impossible circumstances may appear, transformation is always possible.
