His extensive tenure at Qantas saw him progress through various roles, ultimately serving as Head of Agile Delivery and Project Management at Qantas Loyalty New Ventures. Prior to that, he contributed his expertise to organizations including Telstra, Optus, Ericsson and other technology-focused companies across Australia, Brazil, and China.
