Prior to founding Crawford Partners, she served as Senior Vice President and Regional Sales Director at Citigroup, where she led large-scale transformation initiatives, managed significant revenue portfolios, and developed high-performing teams. Her leadership is consistently defined by her ability to align strategy with execution while investing in people.
Her impact also extends into higher education, where she has played a key role in developing innovative curriculum and teaching both MBA and undergraduate students across multiple universities. She previously served at Thomas More University as Founding Dean of the College of Business and later as Vice President for Digital, Graduate, and Professional Programs, leading strategic growth and expanding access for adult and professional learners.
