Ekaterina’s journey spans more than a decade of international experience in learning design, people development, and organizational growth. At the fintech company Wise, she played a key role in scaling learning globally, overseeing company-wide compliance training, supporting onboarding and leadership initiatives, and designing mentoring and coaching programs to help leaders grow with confidence. Her approach blends strategic thinking with a deep commitment to human-centered growth.

In 2025, Ekaterina officially launched Levoro Academy, a modern learning platform for busy professionals who want practical, relevant skills, not hours of abstract theory. Backed by her academic background in Adult Education and certification as a Level 6 Adult Educator, she built Levoro to reflect both scientific learning principles and real-world applicability. While she continues to contribute to content creation herself, her focus is on leading a platform where every course is intentionally designed for impact. Levoro’s certified adult learning professionals collaborate closely with expert instructors during the course development process, ensuring every course meets the highest standards of instructional design. The result is a methodology rooted in how people actually learn and retain knowledge: short, high-impact lessons; reflection-based tasks; microlearning formats that support various learning styles; and psychologically safe environments where learners feel empowered, not pressured, to grow.
