Illinois Governor JB Pritzker Takes Center Stage at Democratic National Convention

In his second term as Illinois governor, JB Pritzker is poised to make a significant impact at the Democratic National Convention (DNC) as he takes the stage to highlight both his state and his growing influence within the party. His philanthropic and political endeavors include funding campaigns for other Democrats and advocating for abortion rights through his political action committee, Think Big America.

Under Pritzker's leadership, Illinois has seen significant legislative advancements, including expanded access to abortion, a statewide child tax credit, healthcare coverage for undocumented immigrants, and a major public preschool program expansion. He has also played a pivotal role in stabilizing the state's finances, improving its credit rating, and addressing public pension fund issues.
